Approach

How your site gets built, from first message to live.

The work runs in three steps, and every build passes six checks before we hand it over.

Step one
You send us what the business does
Preview
One to two business days, free
Step three
Live, two to three weeks from go-ahead
Checks
Six, before handover

How it works

It starts with a preview, not a proposal. Everything after that is refinement.

You pay nothing to see the preview and nothing to walk away. Three things happen between that link and a live site.

  1. 01

    We build the preview

Ten minutes on WhatsApp or the form: your business name, what you do, your main services. Your preview link is live one to two business days later.

  2. 02

    You mark up what's wrong

You know your customers better than we do. Send the corrections and we keep working until the page says what you would say.

  3. 03

We launch it and look after it

We set up the domain, hosting, analytics and security, hand over every login, and stay reachable when something breaks.

Before we suggest anything. Three questions.

Anything we suggest has to answer three things: what it fixes, what happens if you skip it, and how you will know it worked. If we cannot answer those, we do not bring it up.

Around 78% of web traffic in Africa comes from phones (StatCounter, 2025), on data your customers pay for. That is the screen we build first.

Your front door

What you send a customer today, and what you’ll send instead.

When someone asks what you charge, you send them something. Right now that is usually a few links and a promise to come back to them.

Three things your own page does

Your prices, visible
What you charge for, on a page anyone can read without asking you first.
Your hours, today's
When you are open and how to find you, correct on the day they look.
A button that works at 23:00
A booking form that takes the details while you sleep and lands them in your inbox.

The same question, answered the way you answer it now and the way your own page would:

What you send today

Illustrative

An illustration only. No real WebOn or client data appears here.

  • 01No prices

Instagram: “Have a look at my page”

  • 02Out of date

Screenshot: A photograph of last year's price list

  • 03When you're free

    WhatsApp: Your personal number

  • 04Still waiting

Your reply: “Let me check and come back to you”

Answers they still have to ask you for.

What you'll send instead

Illustrative

An illustration only. No real WebOn or client data appears here.

  • 01On the page

One link: Your services, and what each one costs

  • 02Always current

One link: Today's hours, and how to find you

  • 03No phone call

One link: A booking button that works at 23:00

  • 04Nothing to chase

Your reply: The whole answer, sent in one message

Answers already on the page.

4/4

One place to look. Instead of four.

What a customer works through today, and what your own page holds instead. The pieces on the right get built as you need them, which is what Growth covers.

What a customer has to work through today

InstagramWhatsAppPhoneMemory

Four places to look, and nothing joining them up.

What one link can hold

  1. Your site
  2. Enquiries
  3. Follow-up
  4. Bookings
  5. Reports

Launch gives you the page. The rest gets built when you can point at something it would fix.

Standards

Six checks, before we hand anything over.

Every build passes the same six checks, Launch or Growth.

Pre-handover checklist

6 checks · every project

  • Accessibility

Works with a keyboard and a screen reader, and the text stays readable (WCAG 2.2 AA).

  • Performance

Loads quickly on a mid-range phone using mobile data, which is what we test on (Core Web Vitals).

  • SEO

Set up so Google can find and list your pages, with signals for your part of South Africa (metadata and indexing).

  • Security

Reviewed before launch, with customer details handled the way POPIA expects (SSL set to full strict).

  • Pre-launch QA

Every page and form tested on a phone, a tablet and a desktop, in more than one browser.

  • Ownership

You get the logins, the files and your data, and you can take all of it elsewhere.

Nothing goes live with one of these still failing. If we leave something out on purpose, we tell you.

Where to go from here

That's how the work runs. The packages page has the rest.

Launch and Growth, what each one includes, and how the price is worked out for your business.
