Two jobs, three sizes.

Starter and Launch do the same job at two different sizes: they present your business so somebody chooses you. Growth is a different build with a backend behind it — something on it gets booked, paid for, bought or logged into. If nothing on your site has to do that, Growth is not a bigger Launch. It is the wrong product.

Starter or Launch?

Add two pages at R750 each and Google Business Profile setup at R950 to Starter and you are at R5,950 — for the same five pages and the same profile setup that Launch includes at R6,000. At that point Launch is the better deal: R50 more, and a second round of revisions comes with it. If you only ever needed three pages, Starter is the right answer and staying on it costs you nothing.

A website with a backend behind it, for the business that needs the site to do something rather than only say something.

A website is not something you buy once. Hosting lapses, dependencies go stale, a form quietly stops delivering, and nobody notices for three weeks. A care plan is what stops the asset you just paid for rotting while you are busy running the business — which is why one is required on every site we host, and why the price for it is on this page rather than in a renewal email.

    Written quote

    Package, page count, every add-on itemised, the total, the care plan, and what is not included.

    Deposit

    50% to start, or the full amount. The build begins when it clears, not before.

    Build and revise

    Design, content and integrations, with your revision rounds before sign-off.

    Approve and go live

    The balance is due on approval, before go-live. Then go-live checks, every login handed over, and your care plan starts.

The deposit starts the build
Not the signature, and not the call. Nothing is built before the deposit clears — for everybody, including people we know.
Starter can be paid monthly instead
R999 upfront, then R699 a month for 12 months with Essential Care included, then R450 a month. 12-month minimum — cancel early and the unpaid part of the R3,500 build fee is due before handover.
The price you are quoted is the price you pay
WebOn is not registered for VAT, so every figure on this page is final. Nothing is added on top, no invoice carries a VAT line, and no price we publish is ever qualified as including or excluding tax.
Add-ons are agreed before they are built
Every one has a published price. Nothing reaches a final invoice that was not on the quote you accepted.
Care plans are required, and separate from the build
Quoted at the same time, so you see the ongoing cost from day one. No fixed contract, one month's written notice from either side.
Cancelling, from either side
Written notice, one month on the care plan, no fixed term. Within fourteen days you get a full export of the source code, content, assets and data; DNS is pointed wherever you say; the site stays live for fourteen days after final payment so you can migrate.

Why is Growth "from R15,000" and not one price?

Because a booking calendar and a full shop with a payment gateway are not the same build. R15,000 is where a Growth build starts. We scope yours first, and then your written quote names one fixed number — not a range you resolve later.

What puts a Growth project above where it starts?

A payment gateway or a customer login. Both carry security, testing and support obligations a brochure site does not, and both keep generating work for as long as the site is live. Bookings and a small catalogue sit lower.

What if my budget is under R3,500?

Then we build less, rather than charging less — or you take Starter on the monthly option, which is R999 to start. What we will not do is quote the same site cheaper, and we will say so plainly rather than string you along.

Can I pay in instalments?

Starter can be paid monthly: R999 upfront, then R699 a month for 12 months with Essential Care included. Launch and Growth are 50% deposit and 50% on approval before go-live, or the full amount upfront.

What happens if I cancel the Starter monthly option early?

The 12 months are a minimum. If you stop before then, the unpaid part of the R3,500 build fee is due before handover — you are not charged the remaining months, only the balance of the build you are taking with you.

What is not included, in any package?

Live chat, blogs and content management systems, AI receptionists, WhatsApp Business API automation, a CRM built for you, custom software, and paid ad management. None of it is on the menu, because we would rather decline than deliver it badly.

Is VAT added on top?

No. WebOn is not registered for VAT, so every price on this page is final. The quoted figure is the figure you pay, no invoice carries a VAT line, and no price here is ever qualified as including or excluding tax.

Do I have to take a care plan?

Yes. A care plan is required on every site we host — it is how the site stays patched, backed up and monitored, and we hold the hosting. There is no fixed contract: it is R450 or R1,350 a month, with one month's written notice.

What happens if I want to leave?

Written notice from either side, one month on the care plan, no fixed term. Within fourteen days you get a full export of the source code, content, assets and data. DNS goes wherever you point it, and the site stays live for fourteen days so you can migrate.
